- A mainstay lure for pond anglers since the 1950's
- Louder, harder vibration caused by cupped blade calls in fish from further away
- Beetle bodies offered in the most popular sizes and colors

Rated 5 out of 5 by StinkyBob from Old Reliable Lures and fads come and go. But every time I use one of these I catch a fish. I've been using Beetle spinners since I'm a kid and they've always worked. I'm 50!

Rated 5 out of 5 by KeithF from Panfish Killer My dad introduced me to Beetle Spins when I was very young. I ALWAYS keep a few in the tackle box. I have caught more fish with Beetle Spin lures than any other artificial lures combined. I fish mostly the fresh waters of Florida but have been successful with Beetle Spin in Louisiana and Mississippi and well. Change the color of the jackets depending on clarity of water and cloud cover. I have caught panfish (mostly) and bass with these extraordinary lures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Charlie Taylor from Excellent bait for youth! Have been giving away these baits at our kid's fishing derbies for the past 25 years. We give away upwards of 600 of them every year and the kids catch fish on them. You cannot fish them wrong. Fast, Medium or slow.....they catch fish. I once won a bass tournament on a Beetle Spin when nothing else would catch fish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by miami_angler from #1 Bait down here in florida we have sever specie, most of which i've caught with a beatle spin. whether it's a largemouth, a peacock, pan fish, or countless cichlid species. This is definitely an amazing lure. I crush a variety of sizes such as 4 lb largemouth bass or 5lb peacocks countless time. idk what species this is targeted to but i use it for almost all species. follow my instagram page to see monsters _teamsharkbait_, under are pictures of some of the fish i've caught with a beatle spin nickel blade, believe it or not

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tom fisherman from 1/4 oz orange/black beetlespin The 1/4 oz beetlespin is the most versitile and by far most productive bait I've ever used in 40 years of fishing. You can fish deep or shallow and catch every species of fish. You can flatten the spoon and produce a major vibration and which attracts fish in murky water. The vibration and orange color is a great combination.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JErd52 from Beetle Spin! I have been fishing for years and over looked the Beetle Spin. Finally tried it this spring and glad I did! I've used the 1/16 white w/ red dot and hooked into multiple species over and over. My favorite is the price and simplicity of it because of my 4 and 9 yr olds!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ray74820 from Beetle Spin i have been fishing with beetle spins for years after years. the 1/2 ounce one's are my favorite because i usually fish for large mouth bass. if it's a slow fishing day you can usually always put one on and get some fish. it has always been my go to through the years. i would like to see some of the original colors come back like the green with black stripes and yellow and i believe there was a purple. i have a outdoor shop and I'm starting to get people that never experience using one to try them out and bring back some of the good fishing i have always experienced using them. i would rate them in the top 10 of the best fishing Lures made. i use the smaller ounce one's for fishing for crappie and during the spring time they absolutely will hit it almost every cast. Thanks for still making one of the best Lures out there. Fish On!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lord Reed from Old faithful I have been using Johnson Beetlespins since I was a child. My family and I were very upset that the 1/2 oz were discontinued for a while. When I found out that they came back I was very excited. I do wish they would make the black with red belly in a 1/2 oz but the black with yellow stripe and yellow with black stripe is great for Large Mouth Bass, Walleye, and Northern Pike.
